Can I pay by PayPal?
If you experience issues paying by debit or credit card for the Annual Service Plan, we can provide you with a link to pay by PayPal.
Once we’ve confirmed your payment, you will receive an email inviting you to join Astute Graphics as a Team Member.
If you already have an account with Astute Graphics, the email will ask you to ‘Accept Invite’. Click this link and sign in, or click ‘Forgot your password?’ for a link to reset your password.
If you don’t have an account, the email will ask you to ‘Reset Password’. Click this link and choose a new password.
Once you’re signed in, you will see the option to Accept Invite or Decline Invite, please ‘Accept Invite’.
You are now ready to download the Astute Manager. You should see the option to ‘Get started by downloading Astute Manager’ in Downloads, then follow the installation instructions.
Why am I on a volume account?
If you pay by PayPal your Dashboard will look slightly different to usual, it will show that you are on a Volume Account - this isn’t anything to worry about, it simply means that we have added your account manually to the system.
You will be able to download the Astute Manager, and access all plugins (and updates throughout the year).
You won’t be able to see your Billing Information, but all invoices and receipts will be emailed to you separately. If you would like copies of anything, please contact customer support.
As you have
been added manually to the system, you will need to update your Marketing
Preferences. You can do this via your Account page on your Dashboard.

due to manual payment processing, your Annual Service Plan will not auto-renew
upon expiry. You should be reminded by email within a month before expiry. If renewal
isn’t actioned through payment, you will maintain access to the software, but
no further updates will be issued.
